“The entire company was a complete joy to work with. Roger is very honest and helped us save over $4k by being honest in the fact that we didn't need new duct work, which is what another company told us we needed. When the other company said that they didn't know when they could get to us and we had a big heatwave coming in, we called Roger and he came out the next business day, which was a Monday, and by the end of the week we had a new HVAC unit. Whatever you do, please get a quote from Sterling to compare to any other quotes that you get. You won't find anyone more honest, keeps the customer in the know and is in general a great business owner who cares about his customers.”
