“I highly recommend Sterling Service of North Florida. My first impression was Judy, who returned my initial call and she is lovely, pleasant, and very helpful. They were able to get us scheduled in a timely manner and Tirell performed the service call. Tirell is professional and knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining the issue we were dealing with. We had to wait for a part, but he was able to get it in time to come out the following day and make the repair. He arrived on time to all appointments, was very courteous, and completed the repairs with great efficiency.
